Licensed Master Social Worker (MSW)
to join our dedicated team. The MSW will play a key role in our interdisciplinary team, providing essential psychosocial support to patients and their families. Utilizing a thorough assessment process, you will identify needs, goals, and interventions, adhering to our established plan of care while applying your professional expertise and judgment. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited institution. State licensure as mandated for hospice services. Minimum one year of experience as a Social Worker in healthcare or hospice settings; three to five years of experience is preferred. In-depth knowledge of the challenges faced by terminally ill patients and their families. Understanding of hospice care and the psychosocial dimensions of illness, loss, and death. Strong sensitivity to the emotional impact of life-threatening illnesses. Ability to provide support during crises and manage the stress associated with repeated loss.
