As part of our initiative, we are implementing a new Member Administration Platform to enhance our mastering processes and deliver exceptional care to our customers. As a Product Owner, you will shape the product vision and work closely with an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing the product backlog. Your responsibilities will involve handling complex issues with in-depth analysis. You will be integrated into a SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) release train, owning and managing the product backlog for our team and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure our delivery meets business needs. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the product backlog, prioritizing user stories according to the vision set by the Product Manager. Create and manage business features and user stories within JIRA Align. Develop a thorough understanding of customer and product needs. Work closely with the Product Manager to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in the product backlog. Regularly re-evaluate and adjust the Product Backlog based on customer feedback and business priorities. Participate in team meetings, including Product Backlog grooming sessions, retrospectives, and release planning. Ensures traceability from requirements to features to user stories. Actively participate in demo sessions to accept user stories once they meet the required acceptance criteria. Be accessible to the team for questions and during planning sessions. Required Qualifications: Willingness to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. A minimum of 3 years of IT experience in an Agile environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting to large groups and stakeholders. Experience working within an enterprise framework. Ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines. Team-oriented with a focus on enhancing consumer experiences. Work-At-Home Requirements: Minimum internet speed of 25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload is recommended. Must have a dedicated workspace free of interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information. Preferred Qualifications: Undergraduate degree. Experience with Master Data Management. Healthcare enrollment experience for Medicare or Medicaid. Background with Azure DevOps and Jira Align. Our pay range reflects the starting base pay for full-time employment and ranges from $86,300 to $118,700, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Benefits:
