Tier 3 Desktop Support
Job Description A Tier 3 Desktop Support person acts as a subject matter expert and often collaborates closely with other IT teams to resolve the most challenging technical problems. This person needs a broad and deep technical skillset, combined with strong analytical and communication abilities. Skills and Requirements: 5-7+ years of experience in a desktop support role handling Windows configuration, deployment, and admin for client and server. Previously handling 20+ tickets daily. Proven experience of Root Cause Analysis. Advanced hardware troubleshooting (desktops, servers, printers, mobile devices) Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Server, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), ITIL Foundation (for ITSM best practices) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
