As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across Highmark's systems. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing data, crafting and executing data quality controls, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and empower data-driven decision-making. Essential Responsibilities: Support organizational efforts related to data quality within the Analytic Data Platform. Act as a bridge between users of the Analytic Platform and source system owners to address any data issues. Collaborate with data owners to define, maintain, and distribute meaningful metrics for identifying and reporting data anomalies. Perform other duties as assigned. Education: Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Healthcare Informatics, or Management Information Systems Substitutions:
6 years of progressive relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor degree Preferred:
