The Mechanical and Plumbing Project Manager oversees projects from pre-construction hand-off through completion and close-out. You will report directly to our Senior Project Manager and collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Field Supervision, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities Analyze project documents (drawings, specifications, proposals) to confirm scope and requirements. Prioritize manpower and material purchases to meet schedule milestones and profit goals. Identify pre-fabrication opportunities and remove bottlenecks to maintain project momentum. Resolve conflicts between our work, other trades, and construction documents. Manage and distribute up-to-date project documentation to the field. Foster positive relationships with client project teams. Perform project estimating and support the Preconstruction team as needed. Develop project billings and perform cost forecasting to achieve profit targets. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience managing commercial plumbing and mechanical projects. Deep knowledge of commercial HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems (experience with federal projects a plus). Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents. Strong scheduling skills and experience estimating labor and material requirements (Primavera P6 experience a plus). Computer literacy is essential: proficiency with Bluebeam (core competency), Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with Procore or similar project-management software preferred. Familiarity with BIM collaboration tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal oversight. Positive attitude and drive to get things done. Why Join?
