PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultants - ONLY GC or USC or EAD Location: Dover, Del. Start: ASAP Duration: 6-9 months (good chance of extension) Rate: $70/hr on C2C Requirements: Must have functional and working knowledge of v9.2 and HR/Benefits processing Job Description: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultants Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services as a subject matter expert, assisting with the entire systems development lifecycle for a PeopleSoft upgrade to version 9.2. Provide business analysis and functional expertise on the PeopleSoft HCM upgrade project. Work on all project phases including configuration, validation, and testing. Assist in fully integrating the new 9.2 version of PeopleSoft into current business environments and provide input on best practices. Advise on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems. Complete tasks efficiently and report progress to leads and project managers. Perform activities related to system design, core table setup, testing, and training for PeopleSoft HCM modules. Create and execute test scenarios and scripts, reporting on testing progress. Required Skills: Minimum five years of PeopleSoft experience. PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrade experience. Hands-on experience upgrading PeopleSoft 9.2 HRMS modules: Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll (North America), and Time and Labor. Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 in public sector, education, and higher education. Ability to work on all project phases. Solid understanding of setup tables, reporting, and module integration. Expertise in PeopleSoft v9.2, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Fluid, and Benefits Administration. Proven business and functional knowledge of PeopleSoft.
