Your Role:
Act as a transformation expert, leveraging your extensive knowledge to guide clients in navigating digital challenges.
Utilize your expertise to solve complex business problems and help clients maximize their potential.
Lead teams and manage projects effectively, while engaging with senior management and clients.
Responsibilities Include:
Help clients implement best practices and optimize their use of SAP.
Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommending solutions that align with client needs.
Guide, coach, and support project staff, managing their performance as required.
Present design options to clients using prototypes and proof of concepts.
Set up and test the SAP system with a clear understanding of SAP methodologies.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Leverage business acumen to initiate transformation programs across various domains and platforms.
This hybrid role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week. The primary hiring location is Houston, TX, but we are also considering candidates in Nashville, TN, and Phoenix, AZ.
Qualifications Needed:
Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP implementation or transformation.
At least 1 year of SAP SD experience.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in Order to Cash (OTC).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years, or if an Associate Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience).
Bonus Points For:
Deep knowledge of SAP OTC processes.
Hands-on experience with Hybris or other eCommerce platforms.
Ability to understand and discuss solutions while effectively configuring tools.
Proven project management and delivery skills.
Creativity in problem-solving within collaborative settings.
