This Senior C ybersecurity Specialist position can work remotely in the U.S. Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing regulatory intelligence to stakeholders. What You'll Work On Develop, implement, and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EUMDR, etc.) and industry best practices. Ensure the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) is maintained and compliant with relevant standards. Conduct regular reviews and audits of security processes, procedures, and controls to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Provide regulatory intelligence to stakeholders on changes in security regulations that impact the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update security procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Serve as a subject matter expert on security governance, processes, and procedures, providing guidance and support to internal teams. Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning activities related to security governance and compliance. Aid in the development of security processes for Non-product Software. Facilitate regulatory submissions by pursuing product certifications and providing support with supplementary documentation and regulatory questionnaires. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend security enhancements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 5 years of experience in product cybersecurity or related field Strong understanding of security concepts and best practices Experience with developing and maintaining security governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the Quality Management Systems (QMS) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
