We are seeking a dynamic Senior Application Development Project Manager to lead multiple enterprise-level business application projects. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager with a solid background in application development and a strong command of the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, SQL, and Azure Cloud. Remote with occasional in-office meetings in Johnston, RI. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of application development projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope. Engage with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to define project goals and deliverables. Utilize Agile methodologies for project planning, execution, and monitoring, adapting plans as needed. Facilitate regular project meetings such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives to maintain open communication. Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues. Ensure thorough documentation of project processes and updates. Provide ongoing updates to stakeholders regarding project status and changes in scope or timelines. Cultivate a high-performing team environment with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience managing application development projects. Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira. Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, SQL, and Azure Cloud. Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are desirable. Compensation:

Pay ranges from $70 to $75 per hour (W2), with a comprehensive benefits package available, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and life insurance.
