How You'll Make An Impact Lead the strategic direction of five core CCOE programs, including Governance and Cybersecurity Design and implement robust cybersecurity strategies for development and production cloud environments Collaborate with R&D to embed security into the software development lifecycle Partner with infrastructure teams to secure SaaS platforms and manage incident response Align cloud security policies with global standards and internal frameworks Drive adoption of best practices like NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Represent cybersecurity in executive-level discussions and strategic planning Foster a culture of continuous improvement through KPIs and metrics Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines Your background Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred 6+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity or cloud security roles Proven success managing cross-functional teams in complex environments Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevSecOps practices Familiarity with frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS Security) highly desirable Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States More About Us We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefits to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
