Join Arrow Electronics as a Senior Technical Solutions Architect and be among the first to apply! This role involves developing and fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers while serving as the Technical Account Manager for assigned accounts. What You'll Be Doing: Manage all technical aspects including Life Cycle management, BOM management, customer product roadmaps, and regular business reviews. Design solutions based on strategic business or technical requirements of customers. Partner with Sales teams to manage all technical aspects of customer programs effectively. Collaborate with customers to identify and clarify their requirements to determine optimal solutions. Leverage resources to meet the technical needs and objectives of the customer. Provide technical expertise using appropriate configuration tools to recommend relevant systems, solutions, and/or products. Stay updated on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements and maintain an understanding of the latest technology trends. Track activities using appropriate tools, including pre-sales activity, account management activities, and training. Work closely with the sales enablement team and other project teams. Participate in training to keep your knowledge refreshed on industry standards, new technologies, and current trends. May serve as backup to team members as needed. This position requires participation in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of OTE variable and tied to specific sales-related goals. What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 12 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience. Expertise in designing solutions to complex issues where no pre-existing solution exists. Specialized depth and/or breadth of knowledge in key technology domains. Ability to work independently with guidance in only the most complex scenarios. Experience acting as a senior-level technical resource to team members and junior staff. Capability to lead functional teams or projects and serve as a best practice/quality resource. Certifications in one or more supplier partner technologies. This is a fully remote position, though occasional travel to an Arrow office location may be required by leadership. The annual hiring range for this position is $166,700.00 - $225,077.69, with variations based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
