Lead Technical Game Designer . In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience, design tools, and excellent sense of scale to elevate the quality of our projects and deliver captivating player experiences. As a vital member of our team, you will: Design engaging and boundary-pushing gameplay experiences. Lead the implementation of major gameplay elements, including Blueprint Scripting, Replication, Sequences, and Replays. Collaborate closely with design leaders to refine and enhance gameplay experiences. Employ Unreal Blueprint to bring in-game content to life. Act as the go-to expert for complex content implementations, working with artists, designers, and engineers. Iterate and polish gameplay mechanics and systems for optimal balance. Champion an immersive player experience and craft compelling user stories. Validate and test your work on target hardware. We are looking for candidates with: 3-5 years of game design experience, including at least one shipped game. Proven ability in creating functional prototypes. Proficiency in visual scripting languages, especially UE Blueprints. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, coupled with expertise in gameplay mechanics. Familiarity with UE Sequencer. Self-motivation and proactivity in addressing design and technical challenges. Experience with multiplayer game design. A solid understanding of the 3 C's: Combat, Camera, and Character. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A genuine passion for video games. Bonus points for: Experience with C++/C#.
