Overview This is a remote role that may only be hired in North Carolina, with an expectation for the candidate to work from the Raleigh, North Carolina office. This Business Systems Analyst role is within the Corporate Technologies department and is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business technology support for Corporate Procurement and Sourcing functions. You will work closely with Business Owners, perform needs assessments, develop and implement functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with bank strategies. Responsibilities include: Leading analytics efforts, delivering strategic insights, and acting as a technical expert. Supporting system operations, performance, and usage at a high service level. Developing advanced solutions to resolve process issues, including testing and development. Serving as a resource and potential leader for less experienced analysts. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support. OR High School Diploma/GED + 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with COUPA & Icertis applications, Jira, ServiceNow, SaaS solutions, Middleware/API, and Security technologies. Knowledge of procurement and sourcing domains, including industry-standard technologies like Coupa and Icertis.
