Managing Applications Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM - Sr. Core HR Managing Applications Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM - Sr. Core HR We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Core HR , Payroll , and Talent Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes in the US and Canada , particularly around payroll and year-end/start-of-year activities. Your Role: Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into system configurations. Perform Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and support implementation activities. Lead and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Provide post-go-live support and production issue resolution. Required Skills and Experience: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR . Hands-on experience with the Transaction Console . Proven track record with at least 2 production support projects and 2+ implementation projects , including multi-country deployments .
