Systems Analyst - Senior

This position is 100% onsite. The Senior Systems Analyst specializes in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems. They assess the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users, software vendors, and programmers to achieve these outcomes. They implement analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology, serve as change agents, identify organizational improvements, design systems, and train staff. They develop cost analysis, design considerations, staff impact mitigation, and implementation timelines. Required Skills Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and technologies. Proactively collaborate to maintain infrastructure technology and ensure uptime. Maintain best practices in managing systems and services across all environments. Fault finding, analysis, and reporting of performance exceptions. Monitor system performance and capacity planning proactively. Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and fixes on hardware. Provide input to improve stability, security, efficiency, and scalability. Develop automation strategies and deployment processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage complex projects. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and regulatory structures. Configure systems to align with policies and procedures. Work well in a team environment. Manage multiple IT tasks simultaneously. Lead other system analysts and serve as a senior resource. Excellent analytical skills. Highly responsive to internal customers. Required Experience Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 7 to 10 years of experience. Preferred: Relevant industry certifications. Ability to lead team members toward common goals.
