Scope of Services: Under the direction of the BAM Operational Services (BOS) manager or delegate, the Contractor shall provide one (1) Usability Tester consultant for support, mentoring, and training on Non-Functional Testing, including Performance and Accessibility Testing: i. Performance Testing The Contractor will meet with project stakeholders to gather requirements regarding speed, capacity, stability, and scalability of solutions. Tasks include: Identify performance-critical scenarios Record and parameterize scripts Gather information for load testing Perform load testing Analyze data to ensure performance requirements are met Provide a Performance Test Results Summary ii. Accessibility Testing The Contractor will collaborate with CCHCS stakeholders to ensure applications comply with Section 508 and WCAG standards. Responsibilities include: Perform accessibility testing and follow-up Document reports and remediation/exception defects Work with system testers and developers to resolve deficiencies The contractor must have experience with accessibility tools such as JAWS and NVDA, understanding web applications, technical documentation, and testing techniques. b. Interface Testing Under BOS management, the Contractor shall provide support, mentoring, and training on Functional Testing, including: Testing interfaces developed by the project team Developing service virtualization solutions Creating automated test scripts Parameterizing tests with multiple data sets Handling security issues in service testing Verifying Web Services interoperability (WS-1) c. Testing Automation Support, mentoring, and training on Test Automation of solutions, including developing automated scripts, handling security, and ensuring interoperability.
