CGI is seeking an Information Systems Management SME to join our team in Charleston, SC. This will be supporting a large Navy program. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to our government client, supporting the program manager in achieving strategic objectives. You will oversee systems, networks, and applications, driving the successful implementation of IT projects, maintaining security, and aligning technology solutions with business goals. Your future duties and responsibilities include: System Implementation: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new hardware, software, and network system installations. Network Management: Optimize and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity. Security Oversight: Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches. User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions on new systems. Performance Monitoring: Assess IT system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards. Budget Management: Manage IT budgets, including procurement, vendor contracts, and project costs. Required qualifications to be successful in this role include: Strong oral and written communication skills. Proven leadership skills in managing large teams and executing multiple concurrent tasks. In-depth knowledge of Information Systems technologies, with expertise in three or more of the following areas: VMware Virtualized IT Infrastructure Components (vCenter, ESXi, vSAN, NSX, Aria Operations) Microsoft Active Directory Forest/Domain Infrastructure and Group Policy Microsoft Exchange Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) Host-Based System Security (McAfee ePolicy, Trellix) Network Monitoring Solutions (e.g., SolarWinds NPM) Layer 2/Layer 3 Network and Routing Infrastructure Datacenter Backup and Recovery Solutions (e.g., Veeam B&R) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Credential Management Systems (CMS) DoD/DoN Risk Management Framework (RMF) Implementation Security Vulnerability Management (e.g., Tenable Nessus & Security Center) Endpoint Security and Data-at-Rest Encryption Ability to conduct independent research and translate technical requirements into insightful white papers. Compensation range for this role in the U.S. is $130,000.00 - $160,000.00.
