ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports. Responsible for all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups and organization-wide sharing default rules. Performs complex Salesforce administration, including SSO, infosec and data privacy, page layouts, record types, object customization and automation, advanced reports and dashboards. Engage with stakeholders in Salesforce product visioning and prioritization sessions to define and articulate features and functions to meet business objectives. Identify unused or underutilized platform features. Use data management skills to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. User support as required, monitoring and improve user adoption and contributing to new and ongoing user training. Develop technical documentation as needed. Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals. Incorporates AAA's vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to AAA's vision mission and values. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (BA) in business, project management, information management or equivalent experience 5+ years of Administration experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certified Salesforce Administrator Demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Industry certification (PMP, Lean or Six Sigma) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, including working knowledge of Field Services module Skilled at liaising with stakeholders at all levels Data management skills Ability to translate technical information into business terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. It requires the employee to work inside for the duration of work. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, sitting for more than 50% of the time. This position will require occasionally moving about inside the office to access equipment, cabinets, etc. May work around office equipment which could be noisy, such as copiers and fax machines.
