Position Highlights: Position: Applications Analyst III - Radiant Location: 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville IL Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Hybrid Role: onsite initially then flexible WFH Travel Expectations: local travel for meetings roughly once per month (corporate locations of Skokie, Arlington Heights) Job Summary: As an Application Analyst III at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for assisting in specific areas of IT including full life cycle management, from analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of technology solutions and platforms. You will contribute toward identifying opportunities with the goal of reducing manual efforts, supporting the growth of the organization, promoting patient and user experience, and helping create innovative solutions with operations. You will foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned. Responsibilities include app building, testing, support, collaboration with vendors and operations teams, leading meetings and projects, preparing reports, translating business requirements into build specifications, driving process improvements, mentoring team members, and supporting workflows related to Epic Radiant, Cadence, and Order, especially in Radiology, Cardiology, Vascular, IR, etc. What You Will Do: Lead the design, documentation, implementation, and testing of software/application solutions. Monitor and manage the timely resolution/closure of tickets. Lead medium/large projects following PMO processes. Develop and maintain application documentation/build standards. Assist in prioritizing team work. Prepare reports and presentations. Serve as a domain expert and mentor junior team members. Build relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance. Stay updated on relevant technologies and share knowledge. Contribute to industry standards and best practices. What You Will Need: High School Diploma (Bachelor preferred). Epic certification required. Proficiency in supporting Epic Radiant, Cadence, Order workflows, especially in Radiology, Cardiology, Vascular, IR. Familiarity with Epic Orion is a plus. 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or related industry. Strong communication skills, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and mentoring abilities.
