Conduct Change, Configuration, Release Management (CCRM) activities. Create documentation for emerging technologies and new capabilities. Perform vulnerability scans and compliance scans to support RMF using ACAS and SCAP. Develop artifacts such as system functionality documentation, data flows, security plans, and configurations for system ATOs. Update eMASS POA&Ms for each capability. Manage system changes via approved templates and CMDB. Maintain standard baseline configurations within the ITEF. Participate in technical forums and provide enterprise compliance analysis. Support data mining and visualization efforts, including dashboards and reports. Test system limitations and recommend improvements. Support automated software delivery and configuration management. Develop and release CTO POA&Ms detailing defense measures. Create system-specific KPIs and analysis reports. Draft enterprise system architectural diagrams. Support fielding activities as needed. Monitor incident queues, respond to incidents promptly, and generate KPI reports. Provide Tier III support during duty hours and on-call. Coordinate with various cyber centers and support incident resolution. Document errors, problems, and solutions; escalate issues as needed. Draft technical guidance for remediation procedures. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Secret Security Clearance Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Bachelor's degree 2-7 years of experience Intermediate engineering skills in DISS and TSAS applications and technologies Knowledge of Enterprise Directory Services, Active Directory, messaging, and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS, networking, and virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V) Understanding of cloud technologies like Azure, Intune, AWS Proficiency in MS Office and ITIL processes Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate DCWF 621 Software Developer qualification or similar ITIL v4 Foundations Physical Requirements: Sitting, standing, ambulation, stooping, kneeling, crawling as needed Travel up to 10% About Empower AI We base hiring and promotion decisions on merit, fostering a non-discriminatory environment.
