Direct message the job poster from Capgemini We are seeking an Azure Production Support Engineer at Richmond, VA (Hybrid)- Full Time Key Responsibilities: Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Azure production environments. Respond to and resolve production incidents and outages. Lead incident bridges, manage calls, and drive resolution independently. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Monitor system health, performance, and security using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. Maintain and optimize Azure infrastructure and resources.
