Job description We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join an IT team in a challenging, multicultural environment. This team is responsible for managing Client Referential, Compliance, Risk, and Finance areas. The team is involved in the development of cross-functional and international projects. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Oversee and manage medium-scale projects (ranging from 200k to 1M USD). Serve as the Scrum Master, ensuring proper application of Agile principles. Facilitate workshops to maintain project momentum, organize project committees, and report on KPIs to the transversal project manager and upper management. Business Needs Assessment: Partner with users and Product Owners to analyze business requirements, ensuring clear and accurate communication to the project team. Functional Requirements: Convert business needs into precise functional and non-functional specifications, ensuring alignment and clarity. Functional Design: Work closely with the development team to design solutions that satisfy business requirements while adhering to technical limitations. Contribute to the creation of user stories or similar documentation. Acceptance Criteria: Define acceptance criteria based on the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodology. Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop test scenarios (functional and integration) and prepare necessary test data. Execute testing (functional, user story, and integration) to verify that deliverables meet business needs and support End-to-End (E2E) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Level 3 Support: Provide third-level support, addressing defects raised by lower support tiers. Collaborate with global and technical teams to investigate and resolve issues, specify criteria for fixes, and validate solutions. Documentation Management: Maintain and update functional documentation for applications. Qualifications and Profile At least 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, including a minimum of 5 years in testing. At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally within an Agile framework. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Core Competencies Extensive experience (10+ years) in managing business requirements and translating them into functional specifications or user stories. At least 5 years of experience in testing (designing, executing, and tracking tests). A minimum of 2 years of experience managing projects. Hands-on expertise with SQL. Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence. Excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written in English). Proven ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders. Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on ownership and accountability for projects. In-depth understanding of all phases of the IT software development and deployment life cycle. Ability to work effectively with technical teams. Collaborative, knowledge-sharing attitude and strong team spirit. Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement. Desirable Skills Hands-on experience with API testing. Familiarity with Jira XRAY for test case management. Experience in writing feature files using Cucumber format. #J-18808-Ljbffr
