Drupal Developer Duration: 6+ Months Eligibility: Need GC and USC TOP SKILLS: Senior development and Drupal design expertise. Ability to design enterprise websites on multiple platforms using Drupal and PHP frameworks. Experience with open-source tools and collaborative development. We are seeking highly skilled full-stack Drupal developers capable of building complex, customized government websites. Developers should be proficient in creating custom modules, features, and integrations with other systems and third-party applications, following continuous integration practices and Drupal best practices. Responsibilities: Lead a technical team of Drupal Developers and System Administrators in a Linux/Docker environment. Ensure quality and timely delivery for multiple clients. Bridge communication between system administrators and developers with strong leadership skills. Build and develop websites using Drupal and PHP. Participate in daily and weekly status meetings. Document work and progress using Jira. Maintain regular communication with federal project leads, team members, and project managers. Develop with best practices and code quality in mind. Learn and propose new workflows for federal government websites. Qualifications: Strong understanding of PHP development best practices. Experience architecting and developing websites of various sizes. Proficiency in developing custom Drupal modules following Drupal API and security standards. Experience with API development and virtualization technologies (VMware, Xen, VirtualBox, etc.). Knowledge of integration concepts, RESTful services, and API development. Extensive Linux command line experience (ssh, Git, tar, wget, yum/apt, curl). Open Source contributions or peer-reviewed code. Experience with caching strategies like opcode, reverse-proxy, and object caching. Experience leading projects with multiple developers and stakeholders.
