Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist

Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, to provide effective treatment for mental health conditions. Regularly monitor treatment responses and track patients for any changes in clinical symptoms or treatment side effects. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) for your practice. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of post-master's degree experience providing behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families. Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation. Proven capability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment, taking various factors such as education, experience, and location into account.
