Contract Lifecycle Management Implementation Specialist (Ironclad Expert)

Our client, a leading organization focused on enhancing contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes, is currently seeking a talented CLM Implementation Specialist with extensive expertise in Ironclad. This contract position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work. As an essential member of the implementation team during Phase 2 of a significant project, you will play a key role in guiding clients through complex use cases and facilitating a smooth transition to a modern digital CLM future. Applicants must be willing to work on a W2 basis to meet client requirements. Responsibilities: Analyze current CLM workflows and processes, identifying areas for enhancement, feature development, and automation. Provide expert guidance in creating a roadmap for clients to achieve a modern digital CLM environment. Recommend effective rollout strategies based on comprehensive workflow assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and enhance success criteria and implementation requirements with vendors. Align module configuration with your domain expertise to maximize system performance. Conduct functional testing throughout system requirements, configuration, and deployment phases. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to influence engineering efforts and product stories by prioritizing design requirements. Engage with cross-functional teams to design launch requirements and effectively communicate progress. Keys to Success: In-depth knowledge of CLM tools and processes, particularly Ironclad (must be an Ironclad Subject Matter Expert). Proven track record in module implementation, configuration, and thorough end-to-end testing. Desirable experience in large tech companies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills across complex use cases. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years in CLM implementation and management. Demonstrated proficiency in Ironclad and other CLM tools. Robust project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $80 to $100 on a W2 basis. Other employment options may be available that could lead to different compensation.
