Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that we effectively meet challenges and seize opportunities across the public sector. Key Responsibilities: Design Innovative IAM Solutions:

Develop secure and scalable architectures across the identity and access management (IAM) landscape, including CIAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, federation, and identity lifecycle governance. Utilize Advanced Technologies:

Leverage tools such as Azure AD, BeyondTrust, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, and AWS IAM to enhance access experiences. Establish Governance and Policies:

Define and implement RBAC, ABAC, and authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks. Optimize Identity Infrastructure:

Manage and refine Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, Kerberos, NTLM, PKI, GPOs, and Certificate Authorities. Facilitate Seamless Integration:

Ensure smooth integration of IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party services. Prioritize Security:

Identify and mitigate identity-related risks, focusing on privileged access management and identity lifecycle controls. Oversee Full Lifecycle Management:

Lead IAM architecture on complex, high-impact client programs from discovery to execution and post-deployment. Act as a Strategic Partner:

Collaborate with stakeholders to transform intricate identity requirements into compliant and scalable solutions that support business objectives. Guarantee Delivery Excellence:

Ensure solution quality and architectural governance, manage troubleshooting and incident resolution, and exceed client expectations. Support Business Development:

Contribute to proposals, solution design, level-of-effort estimations, and executive presentations. Team Player:

Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft identity platforms: Active Directory, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Office 365 Roles, Intune, and Service Principals. Strong knowledge of modern identity protocols and federation standards: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, ADFS, Okta, Ping Identity. Expertise in directory integrations, cloud federation, and enterprise-scale identity management. Solid understanding of certificate services, PKI, CA, and AD CS. Familiarity with compliance frameworks: HIPAA, SOC1/2, HITRUST, NIST. Experience in systems automation, change management, capacity planning, and documentation best practices. Effective leadership skills to motivate teams and manage complex projects. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus. Experience: 10+ years in systems administration (Windows/Linux), networking, and cybersecurity; 5+ years in client-facing IAM roles, including architecture and implementation across hybrid or multi-cloud ecosystems. Certifications: Preferred certifications include CIAM, CAMS, CIMP, CIGE, Microsoft Azure, and AWS certifications. Bonus for industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA, and CIGA. ITIL certification is a plus for candidates focused on service delivery. This is a full-time remote position, with typical working hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While the position is remote, occasional travel for team or client meetings may be required. The salary for this role ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, depending on various factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience levels. In addition, PCG offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental coverage, 401k, PTO, and parental leave. EEO Statement:
