Job Purpose: Support banking transformation by analyzing business needs and shaping effective system solutions. Job Responsibilities: Analyze banking systems for loans, trade, payments, and internal data interfaces. Gather and document business needs and translate them into system requirements. Collaborate across Japan, Singapore, and APAC to ensure aligned solutions. Create clear workflows, system diagrams, and user documentation for stakeholders. Manage tasks, risks, and communication to ensure successful project delivery. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years' experience as a Business or System Analyst in banking. Familiar with payment systems (FAST, GIRO, MEPS) and internal data interfaces. Strong knowledge in Loan, Trade, and financial transaction reporting (e.g., MT900). Skilled in system design, documentation, and business process mapping tools. The successful Business Systems Analyst must possess strong analytical skills, technical know-how, and a deep understanding of banking operations across loans, trade, and payments.
