Job Description OPT EAD, GC EAD, GC, TN, and Citizens Only We are currently seeking a Genesys Architect for a contract duration of 6-12 months+. Strong hands-on experience with configuring and optimizing Genesys Voice environment Proficiency with SIP/RTP, TCP/IP protocols, log analysis, and troubleshooting Understanding of VoIP QoS issues and mitigation strategies Experience with at least one IP-PBX technology Knowledge of Data Networking, including subnets, VLANs, routing, and firewalls Experience working with telecom carriers such as BT, Level3, Voxbone to manage SIP circuits Ability to review business requirements and recommend suitable telecom solutions Leadership Responsibilities Guide the enterprise applications team to ensure seamless voice environment operation Provide technical guidance on Genesys Routing, GVP, call recording, and WFM Assist in prioritizing system enhancements and oversee related tasks Identify and manage interdependencies between telephony solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable solutions Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting assistance Planning and Execution Design voice routing strategies Deep understanding of Genesys Routing, Voice Portal, call recording, workforce management, and reporting Implement best practices in call routing, recording, and workforce management Coordinate with vendors for project planning Research, Data Collection, and Problem Solving Translate business requirements into technical solutions Provide training on Genesys applications Address complex technical issues with strong problem-solving skills Review documentation to ensure adherence to best practices Additional Information If your profile matches this requirement, please reply to alih@ or contact us at 703-955-3955 . #J-18808-Ljbffr
