As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of contact center solutions. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers, tackling complex engineering and algorithmic problems that directly impact millions of customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning end-to-end code development from design to deployment.
Collaborating with senior technical leaders to shape the technology and product.
Designing and delivering scalable, resilient systems with a constant focus on customer needs.
Utilizing your understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience across the tech stack, including modern web development, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, and Big Data.

Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years experience in design or architecture of both new and existing systems.
Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and code reviews.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Location: Our offices are located in various markets across the U.S.
The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year to $223,600/year, depending on your geographic market and experience. Additional compensation may include equity and sign-on payments, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
