Kubernetes

COTS/GOTS software
in a Linux-based, multi-domain environment Performing
basic system administration
and automating tasks using
Bash
or
Python
scripting Troubleshooting
Kubernetes workloads , networking, storage, and ingress configurations Managing and monitoring containerized infrastructure using
Docker ,
Helm , and
Kubernetes Collaborating with
DevOps and Application teams
to onboard new services into Kubernetes clusters Supporting provisioning and configuration through
Infrastructure-as-Code
tools such as
Ansible Maintaining detailed
technical documentation
for architecture, deployments, and troubleshooting Monitoring performance and system health with
Prometheus
and
Grafana Managing code and collaborating through
Git
for version control Supporting CI/CD pipelines and implementing
security best practices
for integration and deployment Minimum Qualifications Clearance:
TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Citizenship:
U.S. Citizen Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field + 8 years of relevant experience OR 5 years of full-time Computer Science work + 8 years of total experience OR Master's degree in a related field (may substitute for 2 years of experience) OR industry-recognized certification (may substitute for 1 year of experience)
Required Skills Proficiency with the
Linux CLI
and experience administering Linux environments Scripting skills in
Bash
and/or
Python Experience with
Kubernetes workload administration
and container monitoring Knowledge of
Docker containerization
and orchestration best practices Familiarity with
Helm
for package management and
Ansible
for provisioning Use of
Git
for collaborative development and version control Experience with

for system observability and performance monitoring Desired Qualifications Experience with the
Atlassian Tool Suite

Compensation Range: $169,000.00 - $223,000.00 *The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate's background and suitability for the role.
