Overview As a Senior Analyst on the Data Operations team, you will help build a robust foundation of reporting and analytics, enabling internal and external clients to make better data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for generating end-to-end insights, managing resources, and driving operational efficiencies to support business growth. Responsibilities Lead reporting and analytical projects, including project management, stakeholder communication, defining deliverables, designing data pipelines, and resource delegation. Collaborate with agency, product, and campaign teams to plan and delegate processes for project deliverables. Develop data pipelines for mining, extracting, cleansing, transforming, and automating reporting and dashboards. Deliver complex analytical solutions involving large data sets. Explore and expand methodologies, tools, and algorithms in data analytics. Manage data engineering tasks such as setting up relational databases and processing clean data. Coach and manage offshore reporting resources, ensuring project tasks are completed and communication is effective. Present analytical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including executives. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering with proficiency in analytics software. Undergraduate degree in Math, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related field. Preferred graduate degree in relevant quantitative fields. Skills Experience with platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Facebook, TikTok, Google, Bing, and cloud environments like AWS. Strong SQL knowledge and understanding of relational databases. Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI. Excel expertise including macros, pivot tables, and Power Pivot. Experience with Alteryx and AWS tools like S3, Redshift, Lambda is a plus. Experience Strong skills in data pipelining, cleansing, structuring, and automation. Experience supporting data platforms for stakeholders and clients. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
