In this position, you will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions with a focus on CRM, supply chain, and merchandising processes. You will have the opportunity to customize Salesforce, build integrations, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure our systems effectively meet their needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Spearhead the design, development, and implementation of superior Salesforce solutions. Code Development:
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Integration:
Establish and maintain robust integration between Salesforce and external systems utilizing APIs. Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to enhance their skills and adherence to best practices. Solution Design:
Collaborate with stakeholders to craft and execute Salesforce solutions that meet specific business requirements. Testing and Quality Assurance:
Ensure code quality through unit testing, comprehensive code reviews, and other quality assurance activities. Release Management:
Support the release process, including deployments and post-deployment validations. Performance Optimization:
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within Salesforce applications. Documentation:
Create and maintain thorough technical documentation such as design documents, user guides, and code comments. Staying Current:
Regularly update your knowledge of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced studies preferred. 8+ years of experience in software development focusing on Salesforce and backend development, particularly in API integration. Solid expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying microservices using technologies such as Java and Spring Boot. Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with API design principles and best practices. Hands-on experience with message queues and event streaming platforms. Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Salesforce Developer certification required. Commitment to working in a team-oriented environment and delivering high-quality solutions. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina (North Hills), requiring in-office attendance for four days and one day remote work each week. Why Join Us?
