Springfield Behavioral of Pennsylvania and J. Snyder, part of the Optum family of businesses, are looking for dedicated Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our dynamic team. As part of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing healthcare for all individuals.
In this role, you will address a diverse range of mental health challenges faced by our patients. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings and assessments for a variety of mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Deliver treatment for mental health conditions utilizing diverse approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, among other evidence-based methods.
Track treatment responses systematically and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms or treatment-related effects.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
At least 5 years of professional social work or clinical experience post-Master's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing direct psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families.
Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation Details:
The salary for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, depending on full-time employment, education, experience, and other relevant factors. Alongside your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, and more.
