In this role, you will address a diverse range of mental health challenges faced by our patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for a variety of mental health and substance abuse disorders. Deliver treatment for mental health conditions utilizing diverse approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, among other evidence-based methods. Track treatment responses systematically and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms or treatment-related effects. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania. At least 5 years of professional social work or clinical experience post-Master's degree. Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing direct psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families. Proficiency in using computers for professional communication and medical documentation. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Compensation Details: The salary for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 annually, depending on full-time employment, education, experience, and other relevant factors.
