Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in AS400 RPG programming, including RPG Free. Proficiency in working with DB2 databases and optimizing database performance. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web technology integrations. Strong understanding of IBM RPG/400 and RPGLE programming. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor less experienced developers. Familiarity with software development best practices and documentation.
