Designing Security models and configuring Out of the Box features. Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration. Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MSD developer toolkit. Experience with MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools (Kingswaysoft), APIs (REST, ODATA Web API), SSIS packages. Experience using Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus), PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Set up of DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Understanding and clarifying business requirements. Handling analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes. Ability to think independently and be solution-driven. Evaluating alternative approaches and selecting optimal solutions. Nice to Have: Experience or knowledge in Power App portals. Experience in Unified Service Desk customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage. Experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations across environments.
