What You'll Do: Architect and lead development of scalable, high-quality data pipelines. Own data modeling strategies and guide domain-driven design. Set technical standards and champion best practices. Mentor and support team members in technical growth. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of experience building robust data pipelines and transformation workflows. Deep experience with Spark and Databricks. Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and a drive to improve systems and processes. Proven ability to mentor and guide other engineers. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the roles scope and complexity, and the candidates experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For candidates based in New York City, the total expected compensation is $160,00 to $200,000. There is also an annual bonus plan of 5-15% of base salary, depending on experience.
