Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions. Manage and automate
cloud infrastructure
(AWS, Azure, GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.). Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment processes and troubleshoot production issues. Improve security and compliance through automation and standardization. Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, AKS). Maintain and improve configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.). Participate in
on-call rotations
and ensure robust incident response procedures. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role. Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go, etc.). Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD best practices. Strong troubleshooting skills, performance tuning, and security best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must have skillset: SCM: GitLab, Bitbucket. CICD Tools: GitLab CICD, Jenkins. Build Automation: Maven Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm chart Configuration Management &IaC: Ansible, Terraform. Scripting: Shell script, Groovy, Python. ALM: Jira Static Code Analysis: SonarQube Others: Understanding of YAML & JSON Good to have skillset: Additional Static Code Analysis: Contrast, Veracode, GitGuardian, Dive Testing Tools: JUnit, JaCoCo, JMeter, BlazeMeter (Any unit, regression/performance testing tools) Database: Oracle/MongoDB RestAPI automation
