Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer Lead This position will drive the development of cutting-edge cyber operations capabilities, leading a team of experts in designing, building, and optimizing mission-critical security solutions. Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. Citizenship. All applicants must have current DoD TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance eligibility day one and prior to entry on duty. Work Location: On-site in the Washington, D.C. - Metro Area. Basic Required Qualifications and Skills: Note: These are mandatory for application consideration. Ensure your submission addresses each. 12+ years of experience in cyber operations, security development, or software engineering. Expertise in Python and C/C++ for low-level system and network programming. Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows, Unix, Mobile), and system internals. Experience in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and exploit development. Track record in developing and optimizing mission-critical cyber solutions. Leadership skills with mentoring experience. Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, DoD guidelines). Desired Qualifications and Skills: Preferred qualifications include: Industry certifications (PCEP, CPP, or equivalent). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes, but not limited to: Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to developers. Architect, develop, test, and optimize integrated software/hardware solutions for CNO capabilities. Design solutions adhering to security standards and regulations. Analyze cybersecurity challenges via reverse engineering and vulnerability assessments. Collaborate with leadership to align technical strategies with mission goals.
