#25 Basic Qualifications: Twenty (20) years experience as a Systems Engineer (SE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Providing technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems, including requirements elicitation, analysis, functional allocation, and requirements reviews. Developing concepts of operation and interface standards. Developing system architectures. Performing technical and non-technical assessments, management, and end-to-end flow analysis. Experience in developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid-to-large scale systems. Experience in developing technical documentation for issues and training. Responsibilities: The Cyber Systems Engineering Senior Advisor monitors, analyzes, and detects cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks. Assists with integrated, dynamic cyber defense, maintains security toolsets, and supports continuous monitoring and authorization programs. Establishes a framework for measuring and quantifying cyber risk. Determines security requirements by evaluating business strategies, researching standards, conducting security and vulnerability analyses, and studying architecture. Implements security systems, specifies intrusion detection methodologies, and ensures compliance with standards, policies, and procedures. Develops and maintains security documentation, conducts incident response, and training programs. Responsible for designing, developing, and integrating DoD IA architectures and systems, ensuring security and functionality of systems and components. #J-18808-Ljbffr
