Ensure the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care. Manage unit budgets, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional development. Develop and implement policies in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient flow and outcomes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school (required). Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred). Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN). Recent first-line management experience. Other: Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License (required upon hire). National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification (required upon hire). CNOR Certification (preferred). Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $160,000 - $210,000 Per Year Benefits: $10,000 sign-on bonus. Performance bonus opportunities. Paid relocation assistance.
