The position will be responsible for creating high-level design artifacts, detailed solution design, leading validation for testing and support activities related to implementation/enhancements, deployments, validating requirements with product offerings, and working with stakeholders for product customization requests. Knowledge of workforce management disciplines such as accruals, attendance tracking, compliance monitoring, employee self-service, leave management, overtime management, schedule optimization, work authorization, activity tracking, and incentive pay. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
