ProSidian seeks a Project Manager | Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting [NCDPC0023022] for Program Support on an Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis located in the CONUS - Southeastern United States (USA). JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as an IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Services (IT RAC) Project Manager (Key Personnel) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as the State of North Carolina (NCDPC). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The ProSidian Procurement Assistance and IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting Project Manager provides strategic oversight and direct client engagement for critical projects, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and quality of procurement and IT deliverables. Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field. Three (3) years of experience as a software developer or system analyst. Knowledge of system architecture principles and design patterns, experience with software development methodologies, understanding of database concepts and data modeling, and proficiency in at least one programming language. Skills Required Master's degree in computer science or related field. Eight (8) years of experience as a software developer or systems analyst. Professional-level certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or other applicable). Competencies Required Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
