Job Summary We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Solution Architect with expertise in managed IT services and consultative sales. This role focuses on designing tailored IT solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes, leveraging application architectures, digital transformation frameworks, and deep platform knowledge, especially within ServiceNow. You'll work directly with clients to understand their challenges, translate needs into innovative solutions, and drive presales success across varied industries. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Technical Solutioning Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and demos to identify client needs and showcase technical capabilities. Design customized IT solutions aligned with client goals, business strategy, and transformation initiatives. Translate complex architectures into business value, focusing on ROI, scalability, and innovation. Deliver persuasive, persona-based presentations to Director-level and executive stakeholders. Architect managed IT service offerings based on digital transformation frameworks and modern IT principles. Collaborate across functions with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solution alignment and execution. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform future-proof designs. Contribute thought leadership on managed services, platform capabilities, and IT innovation. Solution Development & Technical Enablement Create compelling proposals, RFPs, and solution briefs that highlight business impact and differentiation. Develop PoCs, demos, and technical artifacts to validate solution feasibility. Explain compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS), risk management strategies, and ROI drivers. Industry Awareness & Market Positioning Track key trends and regulatory changes i n managed IT services. Identify opportunities to position services around cost savings, legacy modernization, and risk reduction. Design solutions that address industry-specific challenges without requiring prior domain experience. Consultative Sales & Relationship Management Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading technical engagements that build credibility and confidence. Support smooth post-sales transitions for seamless implementation and service delivery. Foster stakeholder trust from C-level executives to operations teams. Qualifications Qualifications Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (MBA a strong plus) Certifications in ServiceNow, ITIL, or similar frameworks are highly desirable Experience & Domain Knowledge 5+ years in a presales or solution architecture role Experience with cloud-based architecture, managed services, and infrastructure platforms ServiceNow proficiency in: Customer Service Management (CSM) Customer Operations Management (COM) Omni-channel support, Self-Service portals, Case Management workflows Familiarity with SaaS, APIs, and technologies relevant to managed IT services Knowledge of modern SDLC practices (Agile, DevOps) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) CRM platform experience (e.g., Salesforce) preferred Knowledge of AI solutions for managed IT services. Engage with business leaders and domain experts to identify opportunities for AI, define use cases, and translate them into technical solutions.
