Job Description
We are looking for a
highly experienced and hands-on Sr Business Systems Analyst
to join our Data Warehouse team. This role is ideal for professionals who work extensively with
complex SQL queries on a daily basis , have a deep understanding of
data warehousing concepts , and are comfortable working closely with
business stakeholders
to gather and document requirements. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate daily with business stakeholders to gather and document
Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
and
Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) . Develop detailed
Source-to-Target Mapping Documents
to support ETL development and data integration. Write, optimize, and review
complex SQL queries
across multiple tables for data analysis, validation, and profiling. Perform
data profiling
and
data quality analysis
to support accurate and efficient data transformation. Work closely with
data modelers
to design and validate data warehouse schemas and structures. Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and integrate changes into ongoing workstreams. Lead and influence the adoption of
best practices ,
standards , and
strategies
within the team. Manage and prioritize a
diverse portfolio of cross-functional projects
in a dynamic environment. Stay informed on
industry trends , especially in data warehousing and healthcare, and apply relevant insights. Required Skills and Qualifications
6-10 years
of experience in business systems analysis within a
data warehousing environment . Proven experience in creating
BRDs ,
FRDs , and
Data Mapping Documents . Advanced SQL skills
- must be comfortable writing and optimizing complex queries daily. Strong understanding of
ETL processes
and
data warehouse architecture . Experience in
data profiling ,
data validation , and
data quality analysis . Prior experience in
data warehousing
is required. Healthcare industry experience
is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be
local
and available to work
onsite
as required. Preferred Attributes
Leadership experience in setting
standards
and
best practices . Ability to influence
high-impact decisions
and
strategic initiatives . Theoretical and practical understanding of
data architecture
and
ETL processes . Familiarity with
reporting tools

Salary Transparency

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80420- $106050/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
