Join Public Consulting Group (PCG) as a Senior Business Analyst for Medicaid Programs. As part of our Technology Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations achieve their operational goals. We provide comprehensive technology consulting services to state and local agencies that aim to enhance the lives of individuals relying on their services. Responsibilities: Deliver analytical services and support to develop high-quality project work products. Analyze client requests for proposals and assist in crafting proposal responses. Maintain and build strong client relationships through effective communication. Adhere to project management principles, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met. Facilitate clear communication among key stakeholders. Contribute to IT-related duties including business and technical leadership, system analysis, and software engineering. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. 3+ years of relevant industry experience, particularly in the public sector and Medicaid. Proficiency in data processing systems and a solid understanding of technology solution implementation. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with travel requirements for client and team meetings as necessary. Applicants must be located in the western region of the U.S., with a preference for Sacramento.
