Further Information See the detailed Job Description below. ****************************************************************************** SmartDrive System Administrator Reports to: Director, Quality Assurance and Compliance, Americas Location: Corporate near DFW Airport, or remote with approval Salary: $50,000.00 Overview This role manages the software of Smart Drive equipment in company vehicles, provides training, and serves as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding software issues. Main Responsibilities: Support the Smart Drive safety program, including onboarding new locations. Coordinate with Smart Drive contacts on software issues, troubleshooting, and developing guides. Act as liaison between stations, customer service, and technical support. Ensure accurate updates of user, station, vehicle, and product data. Provide regular training to station staff across the Americas. Conduct audits for compliance of user profiles, training, and SharePoint folders. Serve as the main contact and subject matter expert for the software program, including on-call availability. Monitor and report on SmartDrive Safety Score, Coaching Performance, and Equipment Health. Review events to determine dismissals and analyze data for improvements and best practices. Develop and distribute reports, newsletters, and assist the Program Manager with audits and other tasks. Leadership Responsibilities: Promote a safety-first culture, exercising Stop Work Authority when necessary. Lead by example, correcting at-risk behaviors, and providing coaching. Communicate safety information via shift briefings. Implement and encourage engagement with the Safety Management System (SMS). Familiarize with emergency and contingency plans. Ensure adherence to SOPs and proper inspection of equipment. Promote a fair and just safety culture, report incidents, and participate in investigations. Conduct performance assessments and develop local operating procedures. Safety, Security, and Compliance Responsibilities: Maintain health and safety standards, report hazards, and participate in safety training. Adhere to international safety and security standards. Follow legal requirements and company policies regarding safety and security. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience managing change and delivering benefits through new programs. Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments with new technology/services. Strong organizational, planning, and detail-oriented skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with practical problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills. Experience handling sensitive information and working under pressure. IT background preferred; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Fluent in English; Spanish skills are a plus. Self-motivated, disciplined, flexible hours, and able to work at the Fort Worth office. Must pass pre-employment background and drug tests. Education: Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent.
