The Shawnee County CDDO is currently seeking a responsible person to provide KAMIS (Kansas Assessment & Management Information System) data management responsibilities related to persons eligible for services in Shawnee County. Provide general business and administrative support to the CDDO. QUALIFICATIONS : Person of good character who is mentally and physically able to conduct oneself in a responsible manner in carrying out the job for which they are employed. EDUCATION : Bachelor Degree in Human Service related field and 6 months full-time experience in the I/DD field preferred or full-time experience in the field of I/DD services at the rate of six months of full-time experience for eight full credit semesters of college. EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING : Four years work experience in office/business and experience with various software including Microsoft Office required. Must have and maintain a valid Kansas Drivers License as well as a satisfactory driving record. TARC conducts background screenings as well as post offer, pre-employment, and random drug testing. POSITION: Community Developmental Disabilities Organization (CDDO) Documentation Coordinator IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: CDDO Director CLASSIFICATION: Hourly/Non-exempt SALARY LEVEL: 4 EEO: 5 Administrative Support Workers WC ID: 8810 Administrative Support JOB OBJECTIVE:

Provide KAMIS (Kansas Assessment & Management Information System) data management responsibilities related to persons eligible for services in Shawnee County. Provide general business and administrative support to the CDDO. Be a member of a TEAM that confidently and competently supports one another. RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. KAMIS & BCI MANAGEMENT A. Serve as contact person for case managers and affiliated providers regarding KAMIS management and as liaison with the State of Kansas (KDADS). B. Regularly monitor that data entry is accurate in BCI and KAMIS. C. Verify accuracy of assessments and basis information downloaded into BCI make corrections as needed. D. Upload Functional Assessment sign-in sheets in BCI, MR-4, Release of Information, Options Counseling, Scores, and Tier to BCI. E. Process Status Action forms in BCI and KAMIS when needed. F. Reconcile KAMIS payments received from the State to the assessments completed. G. Download reports from KAMIS and upload into BCI. H. Process and input KAMIS information per the State of Kansas protocol. I. Run monthly assessment reports for Assessors to review upcoming assessments that need to be scheduled. J. Scan and upload MR-4. Verify that information uploaded to BCI from KAMIS for the Assessment and Scores is accurate and check Basic Information in BCI and make corrections. K. Monitor transfers in to Shawnee County from other CDDO areas. Work with CDDO Liaison to verify all documentation has been received from TCM to complete the transfer process. L. Monitor transfers out of Shawnee County. Work with CDDO Funding Coordinator to verify all documentation has been received from TCM to complete the transfer process. M. Complete closing summaries as needed. N. Compare reports from KAMIS with the CDDO report to check for errors and correct as needed. O. Functional Assessments: be available as back-up to facilitate meetings per the State of Kansas (KDADS) interpretive guidelines and CDDO policy as needed to assist the Functional Assessment Team. II. OTHER DUTIES A. Maintain a list of persons supported receiving State Aid funding for their Day/Residential supports and process related payments. B. Participate on CDDO Funding Committee. C. Maintain the credit card/petty cash box and reconcile expenditures. D. Participate in weekly CDDO team meetings, monthly Functional Assessment meetings and quarterly Functional Assessment roundtables. E. Assist with CDDO Provider Options Counseling F. Assist CDDO team members with other activities as needed. VI. OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have and maintain a Kansas Drivers License.2. Maintain eligibility for TARCs standard insurance policy.3.
