Join us as a Sr. Advisor, Identity Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect on our Cybersecurity - Security Architecture team in Round Rock, Texas or Hopkinton, Massachusetts to do impactful work and make a social difference. What you'll achieve As an IAM Solution Architect , you will be part of our internal Cybersecurity Security Architecture team, contributing your security expertise across various projects. You will help develop and communicate security policies, standards, and controls. You will engage stakeholders to perform gap analyses and recommend improvements to Cybersecurity Leadership. You will collaborate with business partners and internal teams to develop IAM strategies, roadmaps, and programs to enhance the organization's security posture. You will: Provide guidance on IAM security best practices Develop reference architectures and secure IAM designs for product teams Create strategies and roadmaps for IAM technologies, including Modern Authentication, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, Secrets Management, and Zero Trust frameworks Meet with stakeholders to understand use cases and create architectural artifacts Requirements Essential 8+ years of enterprise experience in IAM with knowledge of hybrid cloud environments or equivalent skills Security and Cloud certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Solutions Architect Strong knowledge of IAM control standards and procedures, especially in big data and multi-cloud environments Experience building and operating IAM technologies like Authentication, Authorization, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access, Secrets Vaulting, Directory Services, and Identity Stores Desirable Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields, or equivalent work experience Experience with security frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, PCI-DSS Compensation Salary range: $152,150 - $196,900.
