Cloud Engineer (North / IT Industry)

We are looking for a passionate and driven Cloud Engineer to join our team supporting critical systems in the Defense sector. As part of the system/network infrastructure team, you'll work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to develop, test, and deploy infrastructure solutions for mission-critical projects. Responsibilities: Resolve incidents within SLA, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate unresolved issues to leads or vendors Implement service and change requests, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation Deploy approved patches, updates, and configuration changes Perform system backups, recoveries, and regular configuration testing Maintain system configurations and support integration of new technologies Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills Customer-focused, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Added Advantage (Technologies You'll Learn or Use): Vulnerability Management Systems Reverse Proxy, Patch Management Systems Active Directory (MS AD, AWS AD) Endpoint Protection, Enterprise Backup Solutions Next-Gen Firewalls, Privileged Access Management Infrastructure Automation Platforms AWS cloud technologies (EA Reg No: 20C0312) Please email a copy of your detailed resume to qianyu@.sg for immediate processing.
