Restaurant Operations Manager
to help lead our front-of-house team and uphold the exceptional experience our guests expect.
About the Role As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant—overseeing service, leading FOH staff, and ensuring smooth, guest-focused execution. This position is ideal for a dynamic, hands-on leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Foster a welcoming, polished, and service-forward environment
Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues with professionalism and care
Lead by example, ensuring all team members deliver consistent, high-quality service
Team Leadership & Development
Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team to perform at the highest standard
Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching
Manage team scheduling and labor cost efficiency
Create a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Operational Oversight
Oversee daily opening and closing procedures
Manage POS operations, shift reporting, comps, and cash handling
Maintain FOH inventory and supply ordering
Communicate closely with BOH and senior leadership to align service flow
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations (DOH and company standards)
Address equipment or facility maintenance needs proactively
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a high-volume environment
Exceptional communication and guest service skills
Experience managing teams, training, and scheduling
Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
New restaurant opening experience is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
